"Divisional Secretary" and "Divisional Store Keeper" may be appointed by officers-in-charge of divisions to assist them in handling the heavy workload of their respective divisions.

Divisional Secretary Badge

"Divisional Secretary" shall obtain the certificate in clerical skills before being recommended by Divisional Officer and appointed by Commissioner.

Divisional Storekeeper Badge

"Divisional Store Keeper" should be recommended by Divisional Officer and appointed by Commissioner.
