Efficiency Bar and Efficiency Star

Cadets who meet the annual requirements of valid efficiency will be given the "Efficiency bar" (above) in the first year.  The "Efficiency star" (below) will be given if Cadets meeting the annual requirements of valid efficiency for a total of three years.
