Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Brigade Youth
Command ("Youth Command") provides first aid, home nursing, and foot drill
training for Cadets, and encourages them to put their learning to good use. For
the all-round development of Cadets, the Youth Command organises various
proficiency courses, annual inter-divisional competition, summer camps and
exchange tours, etc. Through the participation in the activities, Cadets can
gain knowledge and experience in various aspects, and become confident and
committed to society.
Youth Command operates different subsidy
schemes for needy student members. The schemes can assist needy student members
in purchasing uniforms, and participating in activities and training courses
held by Youth Command.
Secondary school students who are interested
in learning first aid skills, gaining different experiences and making more
friends are welcomed to join Youth Command.
Application Method:
Students aged between 12 and 18 can enroll
through their respective secondary schools (where a cadet division should
already be established). For those in the schools which do not have a cadet
division, they are welcomed to enroll in our Open Combined Cadet Division. If
you are interested in joining the Open Combined Cadet Division, please send us
your name and phone number by email for the follow-up action by the
officer-in-charge of the division.
Should you have any enquiries, please
